BEAUTY IN REVERIE: A BESPOKE FLORAL WORKSHOP
Though inspired by and established in rustic italy, Beauty in Reverie is staying stateside this summer with a focus on floral design. Join us in Enumclaw, WA for A one day FLORAL WORKSHOP CREATED FOR THE ROMANTIC in HEART AND CREATIVE IN SPIRIT. THIS WORKSHOP will feature local flowers and beautiful food and WAS CRAFTED FOR Those who are interested in the abundance of flowers, food, beauty, and community. The classes are tailored more for the floral professional or enthusiast in the morning, while the experienced and the beginner alike are encouraged to join for the evening, though any curious and interested are welcome to attend either or both classes.

We are offering a variety of class options, and invite you to consider attending one or both.
The morning session will be focused on creating a Foam Free installation with an informal look at process and execution of larger projects as individuals, as well as a team. thoughtful and nourishing Lunch will be prepared by Ebb & Co and served buffet style. we will dine and bond together in the space we create.
The evening session will focus on the tabletop. we will design foam free footed compotes bursting with texture and dance, used to grace a sit down family style dinner out in the garden, in front of a french fountain at near dusk. As with lunch, this dinner will be beautiful, intentional, nourishing, and above all, delicious.
Can't Decide? There is also the option of staying all day, with a break in the afternoon where you are free to leave or savor a slice of peace as you journal or walk the grounds in the middle of a working flower farm. The time is yours.
During our time together, Teressa will cast her vision for the space, give instruction and demo how to proceed individually, and combine our work to create a statement installation where we will later enjoy lunch.
while we work, we will explore together the techniques, challenges, process, and satisfaction of sitting in the alchemy we create as a team.
This is geared towards the professional, but open to any enthusiast who wants to learn more. We will be greeted with free flowing coffee and tea and water, nourished and inundated with beauty at every turn. we will finish with buffet style lunch.
THE FOOTED BOWL IS A TRADEMARK FAVORITE AS IT LENDS ITSELF TO FULL AND EXPRESSIVE manner by which to harness that which already grows wild and free. Learn how to approach flowers, care for them, watch a demo of Teressa intuiting her way through her own creation, and find yourself the freedom to try your hand at it too. Once finished, we will set the table together, using our arrangements as the focal point and dining together.
You'll be met in the beginning with a signature beverage and a snack, and tantalized by a family style dinner into the twilight of a balmy summer evening, surrounded by candlelight, old world ambiance, mt. rainier, and deepening friendships; established and just beginning.
This class is for the beginner, the lover, the creator, the friend. No previous experience is needed, but even the most advanced will likely learn something new and make meaningful connections.
IF YOU'RE UNSURE OF WHICH IS A BETTER FIT FOR YOU, PERHAPS MAKE A DAY OF IT. THERE WILL BE AN INTERMISSION BETWEEN SESSIONS, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY THE GROUNDS AND TUCK INTO SOME REFLECTIVE TIME, OR YOU CAN LEAVE AND RESET AND RETURN FOR THE EVENING SESSION.

Whether it’s creating a beautiful feast or a stunning table setting no one is soon to forget, she weaves her talent into every last detail. Kara Mercer is a commercial photographer, art director, and producer. She specializes in developing content for design, travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands all over the world. Known for her use of light and her eye for creative direction, Kara believes every image should stand strongly on its own while also contributing a unique yet complementary voice when serving as part of a collection. Her work is featured in Forbes, Rue Magazine, Fujifilm, Domino, Living Ect., Remodelista, House Beautiful, & Arch Digest
Stephanie is the owner and chef of Ebb & Company, a business she started 5 years ago with the passion of bringing people around the table in unique ways to build community and celebrate the bounty of the local area. Her background is in photography, but has cooked professionally her whole life so she has an eye for beauty in the small moments and imperfections as well as the abundance and indulgences of celebrating good food and good company.
After 15+ years in corporate sales, customer service and education, Amy handed over her keys and stepped into the world of Horticulture. Enchanted by the art and science of plants, along with garden design, she and husband Steve traveled all over Europe, gathering inspiration and artifacts to complement their efforts, all while converting their 10-acre former dairy farm into a unique and bespoke Botanical garden space unlike no other in the PNW. Working with a historical 100-year old barn, and an abundant collection of curated plants grown for harvesting, we hope to create our own version of a European-inspired space that will welcome guests to wander, wonder, and dream.
